As per your rank, its difficult to get any NLU's but you can always go for private colleges.

Using you rank in ST category, you surely can join any NLUs. Just remember to apply fast as you know the number of candidates is very high in these exams. Some of NLUs where you can apply using marks and rank.

Unfortunately you have not scored quite well in the exam and it is impossible to get admission in NLU with this rank. You can go for private colleges or try again next year.
