According to your rank, you might get admission to DSNLU.
Hello Student
To get the top three NLUs student has to score 100- 105 marks in CLAT examination. To get top 5 NLUs in India candidate score should be 85 to 100. You have got the rank 8740 as of state quota. Get the top 5 NLUs in India through CLAT examination candidates rank should be below 5000. You have got the Andhra Pradesh NLU Visakhapatnam Andhra Pradesh but if you want to get the better NLUs than that of you have need to secure the rank below 5000.
Hope this will help.
Based on the analysis of previous year's cut-off and keeping some other factors in mind, as per your CLAT 2022 rank and category y ou can have some chances in DSNLU Vishakhapatnam for state reserved seats .
But note that above prediction is based on previous year's data of cut-offs of different institutions and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon the various factors such as
-->> Total number of candidates appeared in the CLAT 2022 entrance exam
-->> Difficulty level of Paper
-->> Top score
-->> The seat intake for the 5-year LLB / LLM program
-->> Total candidates from reservation categories (SC, ST, etc.)
-->> Previous year's cutoff trends
So don't assume it as final admission call from the respected institute. You will have to appear for seat allotment process.

Hi aspirant...!
Hope you're doing great..!
So with regard of you're query. You will not be able to secure a seat in DSNLU in the general category if your rank is 5300. However, you may be able to find a seat in GC-AP (general category in ANDHRA PRADESH). The CLAT cutoff in gc-ap for 2021 is 6386. In the gc-ap, the cutoff for 2020 is 7648. So, you can easily get a seat in DSNLU with you're rank.
I am providing you a link below, you can able to check the cut off ranks of the years both 2021 and 2020.

Hi,
The placement opportunities in DSNLU Vishakapatnam are not that great. It's improving every year though. Nearly 60% students get placed. The college does not declare any official record.
The infrastructure is fine. The campus is still not complete. Auditoriums, few halls are left to be constructed. Basic facilities are available & the food provided is of 2 different cuisines. North Indian & South Indian food, both are available.
The faculty is average. Few teachers are highly qualified & experienced & few have just started out & are still getting used to teaching students. So, a student has to try to cope up on their own sometimes as far as studies are concerned.
Placement offers in USLLS are average. Around 60% to 70% of students get placed. Companies like International Trade Law Consultants, Amarchand Mangaldas come here for recruitment. Internship opportunities are also provided.
The college has a good infrastructure with proper sports ground & hostels & classrooms. Different events & fests are also held here.
The faculty is good with knowledgeable & experienced educators willing to always help students. The educators are approachable & friendly so you can go up to them with any doubts.
These are few points one needs to consider before choosing to take admission in a particular college. Hope you got some clarity.
