I will give you a summary of the college so that you can decide whether it is good or not on your own. As you may know MLRD College has been ranked 48 for Engineering (https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/ranking/top-engineering-colleges-in-india/44-2-0-0-0) by Times 2020.

As per some reviews by students of MLRD the teaching staff is not good enough even though the course curriculum is updated however the average placement offered is around 3 lakh per annum and the highest is usually 6 lak per annum. They have wi-fi facilities and the infrastructure ia adequate with a good library. There is no medical facility in the campus.

First of all Congrats for the getting the seat in Computer science and Data Science from TKRC .Yes off course you can take admission among the both of course .TKR College of Engineering And Technology, Hyderabad was established in 2002 and is affiliated to JNTU Hyderabad. The institute is AICTE approved, AICTE recognized, NBA and NAAC with ‘A’ grade accredited. TKR College of Engineering and Technology  .According to the Placements From the 3rd year students are eligible for campus placements. There are many companies visited our college but the placements are dependent only on the students capability . Companies like Accenture , google ,IBM, tata consultancy, path creators etc are the companies visited our college. I hope the highest package is 20 lakhs per annum in the last year in IBM. And each company will be approximately selecting 5 students every time .

Soo it is a good college and CSE ,data science is top most course now days so you can join .

You haven't mentioned anything about your category so assuming that you belong to general ews category and you are a local student of telangana,you will get a free seat only if your rank is less than 10,000.SO i am sorry to tell you that you will not be eligible for free seat without any reservation.

Coming to data science, data science course has been introduced this year and there are mixed views about it as there are less people who have experience in data science and no lecturer in college is fully versed with data science.
