There will subjects in semester from the above mentioned options. data Science is not a subject but a domain.

You can do MTech in Data science  (Specialization) at HITS, SRMIST which are famous and recognized college in TN. It is more beneficial to do MTech at IIT or NIT campus. It improves job option. Admission is done through GATE score.

if you want to do Data Science course then you can do from private training and solution centers. They provide learning internship for 2-3 months. You can join one of them and learn it.

previous year Merit list is not available for MTech admission. if you have good GATE score   then you can get admission.

eligibility criteria:- Candidate should have secured non-zero positive score in GATE will be considered for the admission.

if you have domicile criteria then you will get good change as MIT-WPU has 70% intake for it. for computer science engineering, Student intake of data science and analytics is 24.

the basic eligibility to do M.tech (computational and data science) candidate must have done their bachelors degree in field of B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc./MCA/four year B.S.or equivalent in any science/engineering discipline and a a valid score in any paper is eligible and also a strong background in mathematics and programming is required.

Bachelor of Science in Data Science is a three year undergraduate program offered by Symbiosis Pune. To be eligible for admission you should have Passed XII (10+2) or equivalent course with Mathematics as compulsory subject with minimum 50% marks for general (open) category and 45% marks for students of reserved category.
