Hi Sharmitha,
Your rank is quite high, i think you can't get Ramaiah. But if you see previous year cutoff list you only able to get 2 3 branches which have higher cutoff rank.

Based upon your rank in KCET and previous year cut, your chance to get admission in this college is low.
There are closing rank is about to 13k for automobile engineering for general. If this rank is OBC rank which you show, then your chance is less.

As far as I know, there is no dress code for postgraduates but may be, for undergraduate , the rule applies as of now. However, one can still enjoy the colourful life of DSCE . So brace yourself for the time of your life, if you are about to join DSCE.

It is not possible to change the college in 2nd yr if you have done 1st year in B.tech,if you were in some diploma course then you can directly in 2nd year.
