Before telling you about how to get back your lost print out let me tell you something about the examination first- Karnataka Diploma Common Entrance Test (DCET) is a state-level entrance test conducted every year by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA).
Now coming on to the steps you need to take to get back your application are- firstly go to the site and enter your login credentials to open up your registered ID.
Now no you need to go to the application option and click on download the form and select print out to get the new form back.

Karnataka DCET 2020 results will be announced soon. Till now , no official news had come. But you can expect the results in the first week of December. The exact date for the announcement of the results will be confirmed soon. For more info, you can visit the official website of Karnataka DCET.

Based on your rank you have slight chances to get into your preferred college.
But try to put some Colleges as back up option because cutoffs tend to change every year based on various factors.
Fill the application based on your preference irrespective of cutoffs

No it is not sufficient . It will create problem because you should have application form. But if you have score card then it will not to be in tension.
So you can download again from the official site.

Don't worry for this issue because your user ID for DCET is with you and you have to search for it a little.
Just open your mail box of that e-mail address which you gave at the time of registration and you might have received a mail after registering successfully for DCET 2020, in that mail your User ID is mentioned. If you don't found it in your inbox then don't forget to check the spam folder or your SMS inbox.
For password you can use the forgot password option to create a new password.

Dear Aspirant, please elaborate your question. It is not clear about what your question aims at. Though I will provide you some information of DCET 2019. KEA realeased results on its official website which was conducted on July 21, 2019. It is state level test conducted to take admission in 2nd or 3rd semester engineering.
