can a andhra pradesh student study mbbs in telengana pvt medical college without domicile (not deemed universities)

Yes, a student from other states can get admission in MBBS course in Andhra Pradesh or any other states also without having domicile. But this can be done if you get admission only through management quota seats for MBBS or BDS. Otherwise if you want government quota private
