Can we apply for deemed universities in neet mop up round? I did not choose them in 1st counseling registeration time and did not deposit the security fee.

rajeevanand843 13th Dec, 2020

Dear aspirant

As you have applied for govt AIQ quota in first round so if you want to participate in mopup round of deemed university counselling you will have to register as fresh candidate as registration fee to participate in deemed university colleges is Rs 5000 + security deposit of Rs 2 lakh ( refundable). So you will have to pay both the amount then you can participate. As you haven't been allotted a govt mbbs college in AIQ so security deposit for that will get refunded once the counselling get over and MCC start the refund process for non allotted candidates.
