Well you can get into a North-Eastern NIT.
As per last year cutoff you can end in NIT Manipur or NIT Nagaland their cutoffs were 38k and 37k last year so maybe by chance even you can get into it.

You may not get admission in this college as considering previous year, closing rank was 100k for home state quota. With this rank you can try in this college for counselling. Also look for previous year closing ranks of other state government colleges accepting JEE mains rank for admission.
