Nowadays many colleges are giving the oppurtunity to pursue the degrees online, & Manipal University is UGC Approved & among top private universities so you will definitely get admission in abroad. You just need to meet the minimum criteria for the colleges you will apply & give entrance (if any)

One requires skill and talent to become software engineer.  It does not matter whether you choose B.tech or BCA.

But if we see practically then I will suggest you to choose b.tech as b.tech has more value in comparison of bca. B.tech is a professional course.
