There is no age limit applicable in India but there might be some colleges that have age restrictions. There is no particular minimum age limit for any UG degree in Kerala but there is a maximum age limit for admission to the UG programmes in Kerala as follows:
For General / SEBC candidates - 23 years
For SC/ST candidates - 25 years .

As stated in the 2020 New Education Policy.
The undergraduate programme will offer several exit possibilities after three or four years of study.
A diploma will be given to you if you leave after the first year.
In the event that you graduate beyond the second year, an Advance Diploma will be given to you.
You will receive a standard Bachelor's degree if you graduate after the third year.
Upon completion of your fourth year, you will get a Bachelor's degree that includes research.

Different dates of birth on your documents can be a problem. You should immediately start with the correction process. I advice you to firstly r each out to the passport office and your MBBS institution. Get your 10th marksheet and eligibility certificate ready. You might need to submit an affidavit explaining the discrepancy. You can also consult someone legally to know the process required to be followed for this

No it is not possible to get doctor of philosophy degree without having master's degree. No college will provide doctrate degree without doing master's.
IIT Roorkee is best Institute, the faculty is skilled and helpful. Fees also is very nominal for ph D course. No additional charges. Feasible hostel facility.
Eligibility criteria for phD in Health and informatics
- The candidate must be MD/ msc in relevant subject with minimum 55% marks from government recognized university.

You will get your our degree will once you successfully pass all the exams, including clearing any backlogs. You will have to give the back paper next year but your passing year will remain the same. You will have a * in your marksheet only which will indicate that you had a back. Universities and institutes have provisions for retaking exams to help students clear their backlog subjects.
