NTA has announced Rank for JEE Mains. Since you haven't mentioned your rank, I would have to predict your Rank. Assuming you belong to General category, your CRL rank for PWD category would be around 1700. With this rank, you could get following NITs:

• NIT Hamirpur: Electrical Branch
• NIT Puducherry : Civil Engineering
• NIT Raipur : Chemical Engineering
• NIT Jamshedpur: Mechanical Engineering
• NIT Rourkela: Integrated MSc- Chemistry

No need to worry, the GATE correction portal will be opened once the first phase of applications are over. You can change your name, degree, contact details(a fee of 500/- is applicable for name and DOB) till 12th November, 2021. Kindly make sure you keep a track of the dates.

If you have completed your degree then you need to type 'NO' to the  "are you in the final degree ?"  question.

If you are in the final year of your degree then mention the semester you are currently studying in i.e., the sixth semester. You don't have to mention anything about the fourth semester.

If it further asks you about any backlogs then you can mention it.

For SSC cgl exam your graduation should be completed ,and no you can't apply for jso post ,also it is not an easy task to crack this exam it needs a lot of hardwork ,also the competition is too high in this exam , students from many states wait for this exam from many years .You must work hard to crack it and also the chances of Mumbai Posting can't be tell.

Affiliated institutes are the institutes which are operated, owned and administrated by another institute, Generally institutions are affiliated with Govt. State or Central University.

The degree from any university is valid if the university is recongnized by UGC. You can check the list of Universities recognized by UGC in Himachal Pradesh by clicking on the link below:

Avoid going for Dual Degree Courses, unless youre generally interested in the Respective Subject. ECE at NIT Durgapur seems a good choice to me, or maybe BTech Mechanical or Electrical if you get at some of the Other Good NITs. NIT Durgapur has strong faculty, infrastructure, research facilities and placements as well as excellent study groups for Preparation for GATE, Etc.
