Well your degree is considered valid since the time you registered yourself in that college. Which means if you started your program in 2010 then even if the college lost its validity after 2014, yours will be valid and acceptance cause you took before that. But all the students

First off all congrats for setting up a goal. This is very right time to build up foundation for Upsc.

Being a bpharmacy student and upsc aspirant I would say spending 4-5 hrs for upsc along with bpharmacy is very hard as bpharmacy course is not that easy.

Candidates from any background can pursue BCA course, regardless of his/her subject in 12th.
But there are some colleges that offer admission to candidates who had maths in their 12th and its compulsory for admission while some colleges have no criteria like that. So, practically yes you can do
