i have completed my bachelors degree, but for some reason i coulndt complete my masters in science, so should i put that incomplete degree in cat form ?

As I understand after completing 12th in India I have to pursue a bachelors degree in biology stream or any related subjects in Canada and then I can appear in MCAT to get admission into Doctor of Medicine in canadian University. In such situation whether I need to appear in NEET in India?

If you plan to pursue a bachelor's degree in biology or a related field in Canada and then take the MCAT for admission to a Doctor of Medicine program at a Canadian university, you do not need to appear in NEET in India. NEET is required for medical school admissions
