Im currently pursuing BCA. I want to apply for pgcet 2020. I have backlogs in 3 subjects in 4th semester. Can i apply for pgcet. If possible in application form there asked Marks of degree years (combined both 1st and 2nd semester) and result as pass or fail. what should I have to fill.

If you have a Bachelor’s Degree issued by Mumbai University that states you have been awarded this degree then it becomes a valid graduation degree certificate. This means you have you been awarded as per UGC norms. This will allow you to use it for your MBA admission

As per your preference is going to abroad..

Soo in abroad the best colleges give admission to 4 years degree rather than 3 year..

But don't worry some colleges also condcons 3 year degree program..

UGC has not officially gazette this guideline, it is definitely under considering and a formal notification is to be issued.  However do understand that if they allow it then one of the programs will have to be regular classes and the other via distance learning.  In your case

Sorry to say but you can not apply for WB JECA.

To apply for WB JECA, candidate must follow the following eligibilty criteria:-

Applicants must have three year Bachelor Degree with at least 60% marks from UGC/ AICTE recognized university. The minimum qualifying marks for general category is 50%
