Try to attempt all 125 questions in 150 minutes as there are no negative markings!
Try to complete English section first as there are only 5 questions in that section and you can easlily
As per previous year cut off, the closing rank in round 1 was 393831 for SRM so as per this much rank safest score should be 200 approx and there is no MBBS program in VIT as it is basically an engineering college.
