No you cannot get the refund of the fees paid by you as seat acceptance fee because it is clearly mentioned by JAC Delhi in their counseling notice that if you get a seat in Round 5/6 of counseling then you are not

Yes, your money will be refunded if you are not getting any seat in the counselling and if get any seat then the money deposited by you will automatically be adjusted in the college fees .
