As per the information available online, NIT Delhi new campus is going to start from the year 2022, in the offline mode. So till now its not open, but its expected to be open for the students from 2022. No tentative dates are available but it can be expected with the starting of the new batch of 2022, the campus will be opened for NIT Delhi.

Many of the DU colleges have their own hostels.
Yes. Delhi college of arts and commerce(DCAC) do have their own hostel. The fees is around 10,000 per month. extra expenses around 4000-7000.
Other colleges of du having hostels are Indraprastha College for Women.
Miranda House.
Hindu College.
Hansraj College. Lady Sri Ram College for Women. daulat Ram College for Women.
Janki devi memorial
Ramjas college
And there are many private hostels too near every college. All have a safe environment. Apart from this there are PG’s too.

As per your rank in sc category which is 11k there is no chance that you will get w seat in nit delhi because the cut off is way higher . Around you need to get 6k rank in sc category .
