As you are of outside delhi so Different colleges participating in JAC have different rules regarding Fee Concession. I have tried to list some of them below:
DTU: It has a lot of scholarship programs under various Govt. Schemes. Refer to the link: Scholarships | Delhi Technological University ( http://dtu.ac.in/Web/Academics/scholarship.php )
NSUT: Are there any scholarships or fee waivers in DTU?
IGDTUW: https://www.igdtuw.ac.in/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=305&Itemid=200

See as per Supreme Court notice:
SC/ST members from one state cannot claim quota benefits in other unless caste notified there.
However, supreme court also said that for Delhi, you need not to do so. If you have SC/ST certificate from one state, you can claim quota in National Capital(Delhi).
So don't worry, it will work.
Hope it helped

Hello, Aspirant...
The rank you obtained is respectable, and you can use it to gain admission to respectable Indraprasth University colleges.
You can also get into these colleges based on the last year's cut-off:
I hope this has been of assistance.
Best of Luck.
Hello,
Admission in to Engineering course in DTU is based on All India Rank secured in JEE Main. Last year a candidate belonging to OBC (outside Delhi region) with 9789 All India Rank secured admission to Computer Science Engineering in Delhi Technological University in ninth round of the counselling. Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances to get seat in CSE in DTU. However, you may get seat in different branch in DTU and here is the list of courses in which you may get seat based on previous year cut off
The cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
To check the previous year cut off click on the link given below

I hope you are doing fine, Go for BTech. I think the dual-degree programs are fantastic, but why go for an early commitment. And if the MTech part of the dual degree is in a specialized area, that should be avoided.
Coming on to the college I would Suggest you to go with IIT Delhi since it is in Metro City and Many Companies go there for placement that do not go to IIT Kharagpur.
better professors, the caliber of your would-be batchmates, placement opportunities (A lot of multinational corporations like Samsung Korea and Rubrik U.S., don’t visit IIT Kharagpur, but regularly visit IIT Delhi to hire students for internships and placements), as well as the opportunities for pursuing further studies from top-tier international universities.
I hope you find this information helpful. I wish you all the best for your future.
Good Luck
