Hello Aspirant! With this rank, it would be quite difficult for you to get admission in DTU or IIITD with CSE branch. These are top tier colleges and take candidates with a rank below 15000. Also, if you're not from home state it's more difficult. However, you can try participating till the 5th or special rounds conducted further as there may be variations in the rank. You may get a lower branch in any of the colleges under JAC Delhi counselling but not CSE or ECE.

You must be aware that delhi state quota cut off goes higher than AIQ counseling also.

NEET 2020 AIQ counseling cut off marks for OBC category was Air 15024 and 611+ marks.

whereas delhi state counseling lowest cut off for OBC category student was Air 18514 and 600+ marks in DU

This year cut off may drop by some marks due to questions paper difficulty level but then also it will be very tough chances to you get govt MBBS seat. Although you may try for BDS seat at this marks. You have good chance of getting that.

Last year the cut off marks for Army College of Medical Sciences, Delhi under your category was around 550. So based on this it is quite difficult for you to get a seat here. But keep in mind that nothing fixed can be said until NEET Results come out.
