By above points it is difficult to say which institute is more better as both are excellent in their fields. However wherever you go you will have benefit.
Hi
I am assuming you from general category
Your profile suggest that your domicile state is Uttar Pradesh
It's quite difficult to predict because cut off depends upon various factors like
------------) number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
------------) kind of marks obtained by them ,
------------) toughness level of the neet examination
------------) number of seats available etc
When we go through previous data then
>>>> With 570 marks,
You hold a low chance for an mbbs seat in a Government Medical College
For example,
in neet 2020, 610 marks for general category was the cut off marks to get a seat in Govt. Medical College under UP state quota and it was for Autonomous State Medical College and Associated Teaching Hospital, Bahraich
You can check the same at
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-up/amp
Chances in Delhi or any other state for government mbbs college is even lower as you will be eligible for 15% all India quota seats for that , for which cut off goes even higher
You have chances in private medical college under UP state quota which are listed below with their 2020 cut off for mbbs seat :-
----------) Shri Ram Murti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly:- 491 marks
----------) School of Medical Sciences and Research, Greater Noida:- 448 marks
----------)FH Medical College, Agra
----------) Career Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Lucknow
Also,
You have chances in deemed universities for mbbs which are listed below along with their neet 2020 , 2nd round cut off :-
----------) Kasturba Medical College, Manipal Univ., Manglore:- 554
----------) JSS Medical College, Jagadguru:- 528 marks
----------) Symbiosis , Pune:- 528 marks
----------) K.S Hegde Medical Academy, Mangaluru:- 491 marks
----------) Rural Medical College and PIMS, Loni:- 489 marks
And a few more
Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but cutoff keeps changing every year depending upon many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a clear picture of the colleges in which you have chances and

Hello Aspirant,
Hope you are doing good.
There are few things that went missing in the query like :
Observing the previous year Cutoff trend, I can say that you have chances if you hold a local status (Did not include any specific branch). The cut off every year is decided by the following factors: Number of candidates appeared, Difficulty level of the examination, Number of seats allocated,Number of students qualified..etc
You can observe the previous year cutoff :
https://www.careers360.com/university/indraprastha-institute-of-information-technology-delhi/cut-off
Also including the college predictor through which you can check whether predictor shows the college or not.

Dear candidate you could not get the benefits of Delhi candidate if you haven't given your 10th and 12th exams from any recognized school of Delhi so your CRL would be taken i consideration while in counselling and not your category rank even if you belong to any category.
