If only city name is there may be that is the only city where exam is conducted but then also you will be provided exam center name and address.
If that is not provided till now. You can check details regarding that on the website of the exam. May be full admit card have not been realised. Ho check notice/notification section of the website for exam you are appearing.

if you want to take admission in iit delhi then you need to first clear jee main and then you will eligible for jee advance
and in jee advance you need to score good marks and your rank will be in top100 or top200 so that you will get admission in iit delhi through the process of counseling that is conducted by jossa
