I think you will not get any government college as your ranking don't meet their criteria. I suggest you to apply to some good private college. And if you want to get in government college, repeat the exam next year. You can apply to Amity School of engineering and technology.

hi,
see cutoff score varies every year and it depends on the determining factors like number of applicant from any particular category, difficulty level of exam, choice of stream, seat matrix etc. so it is quite difficult to suggest the category wise ranking since it varies as per year wise.
last year closing rank for (obc category) NSIT is as follows:
biotechnology- 71570
B.Tech Computer Engineering- 2734
Computer science and engineering- 3347
Electrical Engineering-24931
B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering- 15264
B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering Internet of Things- 11065

Dear aspirant,
I am considering you as a btech student and assuming that you have given JEE mains and jee advanced so your 12th percentage is just an eligibility criteria for jee advanced. This year this eligibility criteria has been removed.
So, you won't be given any bonus points.
