Im a resident of Delhi but my school is in Faridabad. Would taking admission in a school based in Delhi give me any benefit later in getting admission in Delhi based colleges ?

Manisha nayak 15th Aug, 2021

Hello student,

Hope you are in best of your health , so the answer to your question is  as follows:

Every location has its own set of benefits and drawbacks. In my opinion, Delhi is the finest city for education. Quality teachers, excellent coaching (though it may be a bit pricey), study material (the Delhi book market is flooded with all kinds of books that you will require at any stage of life), and the most important advantage you will have is the COMPETITION that you will face from your fellow classmates - believe me, it will lead to your success. You will easily discover nice student companions that will always support you and improve your learning process. You will know which course to choose, which college you desire to attend, and what career prospects you would like to pursue in the meanwhile, among other things. Apart from the study advantages, living in a metropolis offers its own set of advantages. Also if you are going to give any entrance exam in future so in counselling you will get one benefit that you can select your state quota as DELHI which will definitely give you benefit over others.

Hope this will help you!

i got 110 marks and 2457 rank in bumat can I get admission in bca (in new delhi)

Manidipa Kundu Student Expert 8th Aug, 2021

Hi,

Bhartiya Vidyapeeth University has released BUMAT 2021 result in online mode on July 16. every year bharatiya vidyapith deemed university conducts online test for admission to bba, bca courses. now see cutoff score varies every year depends on major factors like number of applicant, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, choice of colleges under Bharatiya vidyapith university.

the seat intake in Institute of Management and Research (IMR/BVIMR), New Delhi- is  360. so  it seems you have moderate chances for selection.

so it would be best to try for others colleges as well to get best possible out come.

in terms of placement which is better it in dtu or cse in iiit delhi

manasa.bodreddy 17th Sep, 2021
Hello Dear !

I'll compare both colleges in terms of placements

DTU IT

So as per this year placements in DTU from IT course 90 - 95% students got placed . Top recruiting companies like Google, Microsoft,Samsung, Amazon, cognizant,Goldman Sachs,IBM etc visited the college. The highest salary package offered was 50 LPA and the lowest was 3.6 LPA .

Also as per students review , about 90 % students are well satisfied with the college for IT course In DTU in all aspects .

CSE IIIT Delhi -

Every year about 90% students get placed from CSE group whereas this year 100% students got placed . Top recruiting companies like Microsoft, Google, credit, Expedia etc will visit college . This year the highest salary package offered was 45 LPA and the average salary package was 16LPA .

By students review it's the best for CSE course in terms of all aspects .

There is no much difference in terms of placements in both the colleges

So just figure out which would be better according to the placements.

CSE has more scope in future as compared with IT so may be you can choose CSE In IIIT delhi . Even in placements it's the best

Hope its helpful

Any queries drop down in the comment box

Good luck

Aditi Yadav 8th Aug, 2021
Hey there!

If you are an avid reader and always loved literature.
No doubt, go for BA hons. English Literature. You will thank yourself in future.

St. Stephen's College is one of the best college in India especially for humanities subjects.

So, pursuing your graduation from St. Stephen's College is a win win situation.

Definitely BSc has more scope but if  English Literature is your forte, go for BA hons.

Can I get ICE at NSUT at 94.2 Percentile...I am a Delhi EWS Candidate...Is it Advisable to Take ICE as Carreer Or should i Search for Low Brand College to get CSE?

pandeyadarsh951 20th Dec, 2021

At 94.2 percentile you have very high chances of getting ICE at nsut and you should definitely not drop the idea of getting admission at NSUT it is a great college and you will get a great coding environment here also many top companies come here for placements which do not even go to low brand colleges so I would advice you to take NSUT with ice branch and keep coding at the end your hard work and college name will help you a lot.
