Hello dear Harsh
The cutoff trends changes every year and it depends on the number of students appearing in the examination, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc.
With your mentioned rank it is difficult to obtain a BBA seat in Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS), Delhi as the cutoff for BBA was 1216 for General Category Home state quota candidates. For the second shift of BBA, the cutoff for home state quota General category candidates was 2578 in the year 2019.
You can have a detailed look at the VIPS cutoff trends from the link provided below:

Hope I've cleared all your queries!!
All the best for your future endeavours
While applying for any college in Delhi University, you can apply for one college in one cut off. If you wish to change your college or course in the next cut off, you will have to withdraw your admission (that you had selected in previous cut off) and reapply. You will have to pay withdrawal fee of 1,000. And, in case in previous cut off, application was not approved by Principal for certain reasons will be considered as fresh applicant.

Happy Learning!
In general cases, it is difficult to get VIPS with that rank. But, you never know when you luck takes a swing and bag admission there. If you are confused in MAIMS and IIMT, then the best decision can be taken after considering a few points- 1. Where will you get major benefits?
2. Which out of the two colleges can help you achieve your goals?
3. Fee structure and Placement offered (Basically return on investment of which college is better)
Please do not take advises from others. Try to analyze and look for what you think is good for you. And, you will never regret. All the very best :)
