I have done my 11th and 12th from kota (cbse board) and I am willing to repeat my class 12 through NIOS (exam center= delhi) just to get the benefit of 85% quota. Is this possible?

Yeah, it is possible if you want to repeat class 12th from NILS Biard to increase the lercentage. So, it's alright you can go for the NIOS board and fill the form easily.

Sorry to say but what do you know it's not clear. I think you want to know about that you will become a resident for Delhi or not.

Look if you are completed your 10th and 12th from Delhi then you may consider as residential candidate for Delhi. Otherwise
