Hello aspirant,
Delhi's top engineering college is Netaji Subhash University of Technology. There are three campuses: Dwarka, West Delhi, and East Delhi. This college offers a wide range of academic programs. Nonetheless, in order to remain enrolled in this college, one must meet the 75% attendance requirement. Many prestigious MNCs provide NSUT students with attractive packages. For admission, you can apply at JAC Delhi Counseling. However, you must receive at least a 98.5 percentile in JEE Main in order to be admitted to this college's CSE branch.
Hope it helps you.
I see you don't mention your category and state pool, so I am considering you are in the general category with Delhi domicile, so for you
With this percentile, you can get a CSE at some state government colleges in Delhi, like DTU, IIITD, which may be in NSUT and NSIT. NIT Delhi will also be a better option for you if you belong to Delhi, so please read the JAC counselling norms and participate in JAC counselling.
Hey,
Delhi has around 134 engineering colleges, providing different streams, 122 come under the private authorities, and the remaining 12 are Government institutions. They offer specializations like mechanical, computer science, electronics, and communication, civil, electrical, and several others. The entrance exams accepted by Engineering colleges in Delhi are JEE Main, UPCET, IPU-CET, SRMJEEE, and SRMHCAT. All students who participate in Engineering are recommended to appear for entrance exams without fail. The cut-off scores for entrance exams are often decided based on the difficulty of the exam, the number of students who appear, and several other factors. Merit seats will be restricted to those students who couldn’t obtain a good score in these exams. The recruiting companies often enquire about the year gaps in resumes. Hence it would be ideal for training for a B. Tech degree without having a year gap via direct admissions.
The government colleges in Delhi select candidates based on their merit scores and academic excellence. However, several reputed private colleges in India offer management quota seats, which becomes a savior for students with low cut-off scores in entrance exams. SRM University, Delhi, Amity University, Gurgaon, KIET Ghaziabad, ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad are popular private engineering colleges in Delhi that offer direct student admissions. Private colleges will begin the seat allotment under the management quota as soon as the merit seat allotment begins.
