I am really sorry but I think that your chances are quite slim, but you can any time try management quota. JIMS Kalkaji does give admission through management quota but those seats are quite limited so you better be quick.

As much as I know, the students who have passed their class 10th and class 12th from the state, they are eligible for that homestate quota.
