With the rank you have secured and seeing the previous year cutoffs you cannot get a college under IP University and that too CS/IT Branch. CS/IT Branch are the most sought branches in B.tech and with such high rank it's impossible for you because you are outside delhi

I would recommend that it would be futile to do that. The cutoff for all college under JAC Delhi is very high. If you were from delhi than you would have good chances, but for outside delhi it is quiet tough.
