the answer to this question may vary person to person . both colleges are good for bcom. both have its own benefits and flaws . for my ,i think st. Xavier college ,kolkata is better ( my personal opinion) .it is more reputed than shaheed bhagat singh college

For getting admissions in colleges of Maharashtra, you need to apply for MHT-CET counseling, and the schedule for the counseling is not yet announced. By participating in MHT-CET counseling you will be eligible for only the participating institutes. Also with this rank you have chances of getting a seat

Dear Aspirants ,

There are some of colleges are there in Delhi those dont have provides good teaching, facilities, infrastructure and some of college's are not provides proper placements to their aspirants .So it is very difficult to student for growth their carer .

Dear Medical Aspirant,As you said you got 531 marks in NEET . Admission for ACMS Army college of medical science is done on basis of NEET undergraduate entrance examination.Army college of medical science takes admission of only army quota students and delhi sc students.

As per previous years records, it is quite difficult to get a seat in DTU or NSUT with this rank. As you belong to General category, outside Delhi, you cannot secure a seat as the cutoff is very high for the same for both of these institutes.

As we compare to previous year's cutoff you have little bit chances to get seat in CMC Vellore with SC category.But we can't tell exactly this year because cut off mark changes every year it's not be same always.Soo all the best.
