There is no such examination process to get into DU to persue BA hons. in english. The admission is based on the cutoffs of the last examination passed that is your class 12th marks.

Admission in different universities have different criteria, If your son has a residential proof of Delhi he will be eligible to get admission in Delhi university under the Delhi students reservation seat and if he doesn't have that than too he can take admission there under the merit
