You can fill your forms for University of Delhi once your results are out. The application for Delhi University generally starts once the results for all the borads are out. You can apply for the same from their official website i.e. du.ac.in and then can wait for the cutoffs to come out. Then you have apply for those colleges where your percentage lies in.

The eligibility criteria to for admission to Food Technology in University of Delhi is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Mathematics. with minimum 60% aggregate and minimum 50% or in English.
Please check if you have studied the above mentioned subjects. It is okay if you have not studied mathematics but you must have studied Biology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology in 10+2 level. You cannot include Economics subject.

According to DU admission eligibility criteria for B.Sc Zoology or microbiology course the eligibility is as follow -
So from the above eligibility criteria a for admission to bsc Zoology or microbiology a candidate should have following subjects combination -
So you can not include economics for calculating best four percentage.

If you belong to General category then you can get some east and west campus colleges of DU.
If you belong to reserved category then you have chances of getting in North campus colleges of DU
