Delhi University Entrance Test
HI,
See, in such cases generally the university does not allow to just hop in whenever you want in the middle of admission procedure. If you missed the admission in second cutoff then its hard to get into the next admission list. My advice to you would be that contact the officials of the department in which you were going to take admission and explain them the scenario. Or Write a mail to the university regarding this. If you miss admission this year then you have to apply for next year's entrance exams once again.
Contact details are mentioned in the cut-off list.
Hi there!
As I could understand that you have secured 42 marks in Delhi University Entrance Test, but kindly mention the name of your course so that I could help you out with the prediction whether you could secure a seat in your desired course in any college of Delhi University. All the best.
Hello Aspirant!
There is a pretty decent chance of getting an admission in an average, if not good, college since the eligibility criteria for MA Political Science through merit in University of Delhi is that the candidate applying should score more than 60% marks or above or equivalent, in case you have completed your bachelor's from University of Delhi itself.
However, if you have completed your graduation from some other university and belong to general category, it may be difficult for you to seek admission this year.
All the best!
Hello Candidate!
Admission in Delhi University PG courses whether through merit based or from DUET marks/rank is different than other colleges.
In DU the students are asked to fill their preference from highest to lowest so while taking out the cut off list they start allotting the college from the first preference onwards. If your rank/marks fall within the college rank your name would appear in the list with the college name allotted to you.
You can choose to accept or reject the allotted by logging in through your portal.
Hope this helps. Thank you!
