For applying to the course a candidate is required to have a 10+2 qualification/inter/or any other exam with an aggregate score of minimum 50% marks in total along with maths as a compulsory subject.So if you had maths in your 10+2 level you can easily apply for colleges

Applications in delhi university will start from tommorow that is 24th may,2019 and last day for submitting is 31st may,2019.The exam for DU JAT will be held somewhere around 3rd week of JUNE 2019.
You might get institutions who accept that result and give you the Bachelors degree for business administration, but I'm afraid those wouldn't be very reputed institutions. Also, the subjects you mention are very different from what's there in BBA, so the chances are fairly narrow.
