with this percentile you stand no chance in Delhi University even if you belong to obc category as your percentile is very less. You mught get admission on merit basiscourse but not for courses which accept DUJAT score as your score is very less.

if you are a general category student your chances are very less of getting admission in shaheed sukhdev college. It is tge top college and there is a lot of competition for it. Students with around 97 percentile will be getting it. You can check last year’s cut off
