The exam will be held through offline mode (Pen Paper mode). It is scheduled to be conducted on June 17, 2018 (from 12 pm to 2 pm). 

 there will be 100 questions carrying four marks each. The questions attempted wrong will lead to deduction of marks. The objective-type questions will include subjects like English Language and Comprehension, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Analytical Abilities and Legal Awareness and Aptitude

As far as I know, you do need the graduation score atleast to attend the counselling as on that basis only the overall aggregate is decided
