Delhi University LLB Entrance Examination
You need to pass your graduate exam from University of Delhi or an equivalent University for DU LLB. General Category Students should score at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam and OBC,SC,ST students should score atleast 40%. The exam dates are between 2nd and 9th July. If you are in your 5th semester now, you still have to wait because you have still more than 6 months to complete the course. You should be able to complete the course atleast by the time of admission. But in your case, you will not be able to complete your B.Com and so you cannot write DU LLB this session.

The eligibility criteria for DU LLB exam is as follows:
Candidates need to have passed graduate/postgraduate exams of Delhi University or any other qualifying University. General category students need atleast 50% marks in aggregate. There is some relaxation in aggregate marks for reserved category students. SC/ST students require 40% and OBC/PwD/CW students require 45% in the graduate or postgraduate exams. Unfortunately , you are not eligible now.

Delhi University doesn't offer integrated law program, it offers LLB and postgraduate and research programs in law. You can pursue LLB after graduation, eligibility for it is candidates needs to have passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 50% from a recognized university. Else, if you're interested in pursuing integrated law program, following universities offer this via entrance test;

The Delhi University entrance test for admissions to LLB is quite generic. Has a total of 100 questions and you have to finish them in 120 Minutes. The 100 questions are divided into 4 Sections namely
1. English Language
2. Legal awareness
3. Reasoning and analytics
4. GK & current affairs.
You can easily prepare and excel the exam with a prep. of 3-6 moths.
