You have a very good opportunity of getting seat in DU llb because cutoff for 2nd list exceeds upto 99 last year.so you will definitely get admission in LLB.and the 2nd list will be out in 1st week of August, you can expect some delay but list will be declared soon.

According to the previous year trends for admission in Delhi University for the 3 year LLb course, the cut off for admission in the year 2018 was around 162 marks for the SC category. In the previous year 2017 the cut off for admission in DU for the SC category for 3 year LLB was a score around 168. The cut off changes each year due to several factors like level of difficulty, competition etc. But you can still expect the cut off in a similar range.

Your chances of making it to DU LLB under CW catergory are really high, you might get in around 2 or 3rd round as per year 2017 all ranks under CW got in and in 2018 also rank was till 289 for round 3 so chances are good.

By DU LLB cut off, it is meant the last rank/ score to get admission in DU. Hence the cut off for 2019 will be released only after the counselling process in completed. The second cut off list for Delhi University LLB 2019 is expected to be released around the 1st week of August 2019. I cannot say with absoulte certainity exactly by how many ranks it will come down but you can expect 7-8 ranks as per last year.

The expected cut off for DU LLb 2019 is a range of rank around 1450-1500 and 230-250 Marks for the general category.
In 2018 the cut off in the first round was a rank of 992 and 249 marks for the general category. In the second allotment list the cut off was a rank of 1464 and 237 marks.
Considering your marks, if you belong to the general category you seem to less chances for admission in DU. Do try in the counselling though and hope for the best.
