The second cut off list for Delhi University LLB 2019 is expected to be released around the 1st week of August 2019. I cannot say with absoulte certainity exactly by how many ranks it will come down but you can expect 7-8 ranks as per last year.

The expected cut off for DU LLb 2019 is a range of rank around 1450-1500 and 230-250 Marks for the general category.
In 2018 the cut off in the first round was a rank of 992 and 249 marks for the general category. In the second allotment list

As per previous year cut off records for general category the cutoff marks were around 230 to 250 but your marks are 215, may be you are eligible to get seat in spot round. For more information you can go through this link
