sir i got 227 marks and 77 rank in general category,chances of hostel and as a upsc aspirant which college i should prefer.

Hello,
As far as I am concerned ,in 2018 the last merit rank admitted for a general candidate was 91 in the first cutoff list.
In the second list ot was 99 and the corresponding mark was 226.
In the third list it was 101 ,224 being the corresponding mark.
So keeping in mind the previous data you have fair chances of getting admission in delhi university for llb.
However you might not get the main campus I.e. faculty of law. But you might land up in one of the other two campuses.
Talking about the hostel facilty then generally securing rank under 50 is considered safe for a genral category student to be able to get a hostel. Since you have secured 77 rank so I believe you still hold decent chances of getting hostel. Just do try for it.
As of now just keep yourself updated about all the necessary information about the councelling process. It is likely to begin from the forth week of July.

Hello,
As far as I am concerned in 2018 the last merit rank admitted for an sc candidate in the first cutoff list was 155.
In the second cutoff list it was 164 and 161 being the corresponding mark.
In the third cutoff list it was 166 ,159 being the corresponding mark.
If i go by the previous data then you seem to hold decent chances of getting admission in delhi university. You might not get the main campus but you can land up in any of the other two centres.
Taking about the first merit cutoff list then it will be released soon in the coming days.
As of now make sure that you keep yourself updated about all the necessary information about the councilling process, it is likely to begin from the forth week of July.

Hello,
I would like to inform you that with this rank you hold decent chances of getting a hostel for llb in delhi university. For general category students generally first 100 rank holders are able to get accommodation facility. For sc ,st pwd students emsecurin rank as high as 500 - 1000 are allotted hostel rooms.
As per your rank you have fair chances of getting hostel facility.

I Got 74 out of 388 Total Marks & Rank 230 in DU LLB. What is the changes for getting admission or I wont get admission with this grade?

Hey mango bite!

The expected cutoffs for DU LLB 2019 for different categories are as follows;

Ranks marks

General 990-1470, 230-250

Other Backward Classes- 3100-3900, 200-210
Scheduled Caste- 5670-6790, 160-180
Scheduled Tribe- 9610-11750, 130-120

And these cutoffs are calculated taking into account the previous year cutoff trends and the other cutoffs determining factors. And seeing these cutoffs , you do not have any chances of getting a seat in DU LLB college.

And if you are confused about the rank system ,then let me tell you thar DU LLB has a different ranking procedure. Your rank 230 does not mean that there are just 229 students who have got more marks than you. There can be even 4000 because all of the students who are having the same score are given the same ranks.So for a single rank , there are many rankholders. .

Hello My score in DU LLB 2019 is 245 and my rank is 59. My serial number is 441 and I belong to Unreserved category.Will I get CLC?

Hey divyansh!

The expected DU LLB 2019 cutoffs for different categories are as follows:

Ranks marks

General 990-1470, 230-250
Other Backward Classes- 3100-3900, 200-210
Scheduled Caste- 5670-6790, 160-180
Scheduled Tribe- 9610-11750, 130-120

Note that the ranks mentioned above are individual ranks , but your rank 59 is combined rank .

So considering the cutoff marks , you have good chances to geg a seat in DU LLB 2019 . but nothing can be said about your chances in CLC . You have good chances for faculty of law.

Dear student, if the rank you have specified is an overall general rank and not your category rank, then you will definitely get hostel after getting admission in faculty of law. Although the seats are minimum, there is special reservation for physically handicapped candidates and you can avail the benefit of this.

You have scored 120 in the exam . If I go by the previous year data then with this score you seem to have negligible chances of getting any law college in delhi university.
As of now it would be difficult to put forward any specific prediction about this year's cutoff. if it doesn't not work then you can either prepare again for the exam or can pursue llb from some other institute.

Hello!

I am afraid that you won't be able to get admission.

DU LLB cut off last year in the fourth list was 99 rank or 226 marks for the general category, 163 rank and 162 marks for scheduled caste, 230 rank and 95 marks for scheduled tribes, and 140 rank and 185 marks for other backward classes.

Score - 170 and rank - 134 in obcnc. Any chance in Clc, lc1 or 2?

As far as i am concerned then in 2018 the last merit rank admit yes in the first cutoff was 134 . In the second cutoff list it was 141 and the correspobding mark was 184 .In the third list it was 143 ,182 being the corresponding mark.
You have secured 134 rank , if i go by the previous data then with this rank you seem to have fair chances for getting admission in delhi university for llb.you might not get the main campus but you can land up in the other two campus es.
As of now make sure that you keep yourself updated about all the necessary information about the councelling process.the councelling is likely to begin from the forth week of july.
