There was a notice released by Head and Dean of the Faculty of Law, DU on August 6, 2018 that classes of LLB I/III/V Semesters will start from August 10, 2018. I hope it helps!

Hi, If seats remain vacant then it can release 4th list, but one can't say for which category candidates it will be, by the way if seats of OBC reamain unfulfilled I don't think it will go done to 149 marks. Best of luck!
