Hi,Admission process is still in progress, as of now there is no notification regarding the beginning of session. Centres will be allocated to admitted students only after completion of the 3rd list of admissions. Then Section allotment process will be done. Within a week a notice can be posted

The chance to change the preferences was given earlier. If you still wish to change from LC1 you can go to the centre and request for a change.

The cut off for admission in DU LLb for the SC category according to the second list was 161 marks. There is no official notification regarding any third list and even if a third list is released the chances for your admission are a little less.
