Soon the Delhi University will officially release it's cut-off list based on the marks scored by all the candidates. Once you clear this cut-off, you shall receive call letters to participate in the counselling procedure. But as of now we can provide you details of the previous year
I think rank card means the result on which u got your marks along with your rank and category...btw this is my opinion..let someone answer you so that we both will be able to clear this doubt.

Once the candidate has updated his/her details in the application form need to upload their photograph and signature.Once this has been done, the candidate can verify/edit the information given and proceed to remit the application fee.After this they need to click on the 'Submit' button for final submission

Candidates belonging to SC/ST category need to score 40% marks in their qualifying degree(graduation) & There is no age bar to appear in DU LLB 2018 as per the order of Supreme Court of India.
