Sorry to say you, but this is a really very low score. And in this Score your rank will be very high and you you are not able to get any government colleges,this is also applicable if you belongs to some special category like SC and ST. But

Going by last year's cutoffs, it would be difficult to get any government Medical college through State counselling. But you have chances to get government quota seats in Private Medical Colleges like
