I from SC category scoring 139 marks in neet 2020 will I get selection in bds field

Since you haven't mentioned your state its difficult for us to provide an accurate information.
However on an overall basis there aren't many state where you can get a government bds seat with this score. Unless you belong to states like tripura etc.
