When can we expect notifications for the application and admission process of SIMSREE, PUMBA, IISWBM ?

vanam anusha 4th Jul, 2018

Hello,

In order to apply for colleges in Maharashtra to pursue your MBA degree you need to get register and go through the whole procedure of CAP round. I am mentioning the whole procedure for getting admission for every category student in any college including PUMBA:

  • DTE CAP 2018 Notification - May 10, 2018 - On DTE Maharashtra Website
  • CAP 2018 Registration starts - May 15, 2018 - Fill up the form online at DTE website with application fee
  • CAP 2018 Registration ends - June 2, 2018 - Online at DTE Website
  • CAP document verification starts at FC - May 15, 2018 - 180+ Facilitation Centres across Maharashtra
  • CAP document verification ends at FC - June 2, 2018 - Better to do it before the last date
  • Display of Provisional Merit List for Admission - June 5, 2018 - On the website, at FCs
  • Last date to submit grievances at FCs - June 6 & 7, 2018 - Submit by 5 PM, if any
  • Display of Final Merit list of candidates - June 11, 2018 - Seat Allocation is done as per merit score. Separate merit list for Maharashtra and All India category candidates
  • Reporting for Admission - At ARC immediately after seat allotment
  • Candidates should report and confirm admission at Admission Reporting Centre (ARC) else admission will stand cancelled

According to the new rule of DTE from this 2018-20 session, colleges like SIMSREE, NL Dalmia, SIES PUMBA etc. will not accept MAT or ATMA scores. As per Maharashtra Government, extraordinary gazette notification MAH MBA/MMS CET or CAT or CMAT will only be considered valid for admission to MMS/MBA program 2018-20.

Sir I got 532out of 800 so can I get admission in your clg

Tanushree Seth 2nd Jul, 2018
Hello Sunil,
The expected cut off for the college is nearly 600 marks. So the chances of getting into the college are quite low. But yes , if luck favours , you may get into the college.
Hope this helps.

Tell about document verification for admission in pumba after onlie registration

Vikas Gaur 19th Jun, 2018

Hi krishna,

Document Verification is one of the most important steps in the admission process. You will need to produce a lot of documents for the verification during the counselling process at PUMBA. The generic list of documents that you would need to show during the counselling are -

  • X and XII marksheet and certificates

  • Qualifying Examination marksheet

  • CET Marksheet/Scorecard

  • School Leaving Certificate

  • Address or Photo ID proof (Aadhar ID, Voter ID, Driving License etc.)

  • Domicile certificate if you belong to a state other than Maharashtra

  • Caste certificate if you belong to a category other then General category

There are also certification required if you are from Gulf countries, a minority candidate, J&K candidate, Foreign national/NRI, and person with disability. Know more about MAH CET MBA counselling here.

What is last year 2017-18 cutoff percentile for PUMBA,? Other than home university, I need assurance for 99.19 Percentile in CET.

Vikas Gaur 14th Jun, 2018

Hi Uday,

Last year, PUMBA’s MAH CET MBA cutoff was around 93.7 percentile. At 99.19 percentile, you probably will qualify for many top B-schools of Maharashtra such as WeSchool, SIMSREE, XIME, etc. Use Careers360’s MAH CET Pathfinder Tool to know the college you may be eligible for at 99.19 percentile. Simply fill in the details of your score and the tool will display the list of colleges for you. Here is the link to the tool:

MAH CET MBA College Predictor Tool

The registration for Common Admission Process (CAP) has started from June 7. You can visit the link below to register for CAP if you haven’t and to know the entire MAH CET MBA 2018 counselling schedule -

Also, check the cutoff of all MAH CET B-schools here -
