You will have to give the NEET entrance examination which will provide you a seat in a government or private college for MBBS.

There are 2 types of Post graduation Residency programmes in India. One is degree position that lasts for 3 years and the other is Diploma position that lasts for 2 years. Diploma positions are purely clinical. So now, depending on your interest you should take a call between Dermapthology or Cosmetic dermatology. Cosmetic Dermatology is like a scientific sub specialty and it requires careful analysis of the patient's condition before a certain medical path is considered. If we have to pick one specialty, Cosmetic Dermatology has better scope between the both.
