As per my point of view of Master in Transportation designing is better if you are choose to study in abroad because you will get more option in abroad rather then India but that's not mean In india scope is less but mostly you will get better
You haven't mentioned your category to predict the chances. As there are 80 seats for communication design, so you may have chances of getting admission.
Again it depends upon the category as seats are reserved for SC, ST, differently abled
