Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology, Gandhinagar
Dear candidate....... hope you're doing good..
Well, basing upon your rank in merit list, it seems like you may not get admission into Dhirubhai ambani university. But still you can give it a try at the time of interview or counseling and if luck favours, you may also get selected into that college. You may also apply for other deemed universities and private colleges and it's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high..
Hope this helps you out......
All the best !!
Hello Akhilesh, Obviously you should go for DAIICT college. Because getting an Information and Communication Technology degree from DAIICT is far better than EEE/ME in such NITs. DAIICT is one of the best private colleges. Students scoring around 150+ marks in JEE mains study there and the college is pretty famous around the globe due to its highly competitive coding culture.
Hello Mahesh,
DAIICT has started its admission process for DAIICT B. Tech admission for the session 2019 -20. The DAIICT admission form was available from April 29 to June 28. The Institute will release the merit list on July 5. There is no entrance exam conducted by the Institute. Admission is done through counseling which is All India Level and Gujarat State Level. Candidate can apply through AIR of JEE Mains for admission in ALL India Level and admission for the State Level is done by ACPC. Hi ! Yes, it's a major mistake you gave done. They will wrongly identify you as another student or may even cancel your application letter. So only thing you can do is to call them from your help desk in their website and contact them. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
Hi aspirant,
I hope you're aware of the fact there isn't any OBC quota in DAIICT. they have only general, SC and ST quota. Closing rank is usually around 10-12k. So, the answer to your question would be NO, you won't get admission in DAIICT. You can try for some other colleges that accept JEE Main's rank. Below is the list for the same:

Hi ! Well, with your JEE mains rank it seems no but with gujcet rank, it seems might be possible. Last time the last cut off rank was 15000 AIR. So it depends on your luck and no. Of vacancy. In gujcet exact rank last time was within 2000 through which one got into. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.

Good Luck!!
Hi Ankush, thanks for your query.
With this rank in JEE and GUJCET percentile, chances are very less of getting admission in DAIICT. In GUJCET, almost 100% marks are required to get a seat. For getting a seat through JEE rank, according to previous years trend, it is around 15000 rank. You should try for other colleges for admission. Visit the following link to know more about the previous year trends of cutoff:

Greetings Abhay,
DAIICT Gandhinagar is one of the best institutes in the nation for CSE and IT. In fact, it is considered to be better than many NITs and IIITs. I have been to the campus of DAIICT and it is very well developed. So naturally, the cutoffs for DAIICT tend to be high. Although the official data is not available I have got friends who didn't get in with 20k+ ranks (general category, AI quota). And this is for the ICT course, the CS course has even higher cutoffs. So, unfortunately, I would have to say that you would not be able to get in with your current rank. And CSE being the most demanded course in the country right now, I would say you would probably not be able to get CSE in any good government or private institute. If you haven't taken any other entrance exam. Then, I would suggest you to either take a drop or go for some other branch (if you want a good institute).
