Yes, if you are going to take admission in CSE or CS then laptop is very necessary, genereally all the work and project you have to do in laptop or college computer center.
you need to score with a minimum of 180 + marks in JEE mains if you are from general category with a rank 12-13k
DAIICT is a pretty good college for CS and IT,you will get good package.And yes you can get admission in reputed colleges after it.
sorry bro but you won't get any iits, however you can get nits(will have to compromise with branches) and iiits. If you really want a good government college.then take a year's drop and prepare for jee advanced..believe you me.either you can labour very hard for 9-10 months(for jee advanced) or
